Good afternoon,
today I traveled with Etihad from the United Arab Emirates to Singapore. During the flight, a flight attendant took my laptop and power bank and informed me that they would be returned to me after landing. Unfortunately, the items were not returned, and I only realized this after leaving the aircraft and the airport.
I kindly ask for information on where I can collect my laptop and power bank, or whether it is possible to have them delivered to my hotel.
