I was apparently rebooked onto another flight, and was asked to go directly to Transfer Desk A for details.
The queue was rather large and I was seen approx 4 hours after joining the queue.
The flight that I had been given, and was only now being informed if (nobodies fault. Nobody was receiving email updates or boarding passes).
I was informed that my bag had been removed from that flight ( leaving to Bangkok) and the lady at the. Punter found me a flight out to Shanghai via Hong Kong, but it was leaving with about an hour to spare.
The advice given was that I should try to find the bag , but if I couldn’t find it quickly, to make my way to the flight. I looked through the bags. There were a LOT of bags. I did not see it, and made my way to the flight. |
